About Me

Born in Lafayette Parish, Kayla is proud to serve the Acadiana region, with her office located in the heart of Scott, Louisiana.

Kayla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Law Society, which inspired her to pursue a Juris Doctor.

In 2020, Kayla began her legal education at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Despite the challenges of a global pandemic, she remained committed to becoming a strong and effective legal advocate. While at Southern, Kayla was an active member of the Environmental Law Society and the Community Service Committee. She also gained valuable hands-on experience working as a research assistant and serving at the Iris Domestic Violence Center in Baton Rouge.

Now a licensed Louisiana attorney, Kayla is proud to serve clients throughout the Acadiana region, providing dedicated representation in civil litigation with a focus on trauma-informed advocacy.
